The attack sends a set number of HTTP<br \/>\nrequests, to generate a high volume of traffic on the targeted HTTP\/2 servers.<br \/>\nAttackers can cause a significant increase in the request per second and high<br \/>\nCPU utilization on the servers that eventually can cause resource exhaustion.<br \/>\n Why is this Significant?<br \/>\n According to a Google blog post on Oct 10, 2023, the largest<br \/>\nattack reached up to 398 million requests per second.
